Qualifications:
- Senior: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s is an advantage); Licensed Architect required; At least 8 years relevant experience in architectural design & project management; Proven leadership from concept to completion; Advanced proficiency in CAD Drawings, 3D BIM Modeling, and architectural design systems.
- Junior: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; 1–3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates; Proficient in 2D/3D CAD Drawings and 3D architectural modeling; Strong drafting & visualization skills; Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
